REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Our standard policy is not to offer refunds for digital downloads, including MP3s, PDFs, Videos, Podcast Subscriptions, etc. However, if you feel the digital download or subscription you purchased failed to meet your expectations as it relates to the description of the product on this website, we will consider your refund request on a case-by-case basis. This policy is in effect up to 48 hours after your purchase.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (DVDs, CDs, MERCHANDISE)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LIVE PERFORMANCES TICKET SALES
We offer no refunds for live performances tickets sales unless the event is cancelled. If a event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, we will provide a full refund within 72 hours after the cancellation announcement.
